All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at notsadpartners@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and, if applicable, send a replacement item.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out as soon as possible if there are any problems.
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided or another issue qualifies under our discretion.
